What states are covered?
We monitor procurement sources across 48 states — including dedicated state portal adapters for AZ, CA, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and more, plus BidNet Direct purchasing groups covering local and county agencies across AL, AK, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, KS, ME, ND, NM, SD, TN, UT and additional states. National cooperative purchasing networks (Sourcewell, TIPS, BuyBoard) add contracts available to public agencies in all 50 states. We're adding new sources regularly, and Founding Dealer members can request specific states or agencies.
How often is it updated?
Scrapers run daily. Your digest email arrives each morning with new opportunities that match your states and categories. You can also log into the dashboard anytime for a live view.
What if no bids match my criteria?
You won't get empty emails — we only send digests when there are relevant opportunities to share. You can adjust your state and category preferences anytime from the dashboard.
How does approval work? When am I charged?
After you request access, we manually review and approve each account — usually within 1 business day. You're not charged until you're approved and your account is activated.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. No contracts, no annual commitments during beta. Email [email protected] and we'll cancel immediately.
